Financial Information:
In an effort to help educate our patients regarding co-pays, deductibles and co-insurance, please note that most
insurance companies consider your office visit a separate charge from procedures or tests that may be done in the
office. Based on your insurance policy, you may be responsible for a larger copayment for specialist office visits.
In order to properly diagnose your voice/swallowing/throat pain issue, Dr. Dodson or his physician assistant may
need to perform a flexible laryngoscopy or other diagnostic endoscopy. If your appointment is for a sinus concern,
a sinus endoscopy or other diagnostic scope may be required. Based on your insurance coverage, you may owe an
additional copay or deductible for surgical procedures like these. The costs below are the maximum for each
procedure and may not reflect your actual out of pocket expense. (fees are subject to change at any time)
