He earned his MD from the University of Oklahoma-College of Medicine (Oklahoma City, OK) in 2001. Prior to medical school, Dr. Dodson graduated magna cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts from the Colorado College (Colorado Springs, CO) with a major in Anthropology in 1996.

“Since I originated Bridger Ear, Nose, and Throat in 2006, I have been so fortunate to continue to have such a fun and fulfilling place to work. Even though Bozeman and Gallatin County has grown exponentially since our opening, I frequently see former patients around town, be they neighbors, relatives, friends, or friends of friends.
I am always proud of the excellent work I and my staff deliver- I truly believe there isn’t an ENT practice in the region that comes close to what we’re doing. I’ve never stopped striving to improve, to learn new things, and to keep continually verifying the quality of the medicine I am delivering. Given our practice is independently owned and operated, we are agile and adaptable. If I want to roll out a new quality initiative or quality of life assessment to better monitor a surgical outcome, it takes one email and it’s done.
Entrepreneurship was not part of my medical training, as you would imagine, but being an entrepreneur and medical practice owner has given me the opportunity to hand pick my office team, educate them in all aspects of ENT patient care, and continually monitor my team’s performance and excellence.
I came to Bozeman for the outdoor opportunities and the hope my wife and I could make a solo private practice work--- I never dreamed we would be where we are today—so “thank you” for trusting us with your medical care through the years!"
