What should I bring to my appointment? 

  • Photo ID

  • Submit intake forms online

  • Health insurance card(s) and co-pay (all major credit cards accepted)

  • List of your questions and concerns

  • List of all medication and supplements

  • Copies of records or imaging related to ear, nose and throat concerns

Service Fees

  • New Patients: $250 - $595

  • Established Patients: $250 - $500

  • Nasal Endoscopy (for sinus/nasal/ear concerns): $395 - $1,190

  • Flexible Laryngoscopy (for  tongue/voice/throat concerns): $300

  • Nasopharyngoscopy (for sinus/nasal and ear concerns): $350

  • Stroboscopy (for voice concerns): $450

  • Treatment of Nasal Fracture: $525

  • Ear Wax Removal (this can be in addition to the office visit fee): $150-250

  • Ear Microscope Exam Only (additional charge): $60

  • Nasal Cautery, Packing and Nasal endoscopic Control of Nose Bleeds: $275 - $650
