MEDICAL SERVICES FOR CANADIAN PATIENTS

STEP 1
PRE-CONSULT EMAIL

Before spending your hard-earned money driving or flying to see us, we'd like to make sure Dr. Dodson and Bridger ENT can meet your needs. Please email INFO@BRIDGERENT.COM and tell us more about your ENT needs. STEP 1 is a free service.

STEP 2
MEDICAL DATA COLLECTION

While we cannot obtain your medical or radiologic records for you, the staff at Bridger ENT will help you sift the data and navigate its transmittance for Dr. Dodson's personal review.

STEP 2 is a free service.

STEP 3
VIDEO CONFERENCE

Although we cannot provide telemedicine services outside Montana, Dr. Dodson can review the medical data, listen and ask questions via an interactive video conference. Following his analysis, if appropriate, Dr. Dodson will recommend an in-person consultation.

STEP 4
IN-PERSON CONSULTATION

In advance of your consultation, the staff at Bridger ENT will ensure all medical data has been obtained. If Dr. Dodson recommends same-visit diagnostics (CT, etc), this will be ordered and coordinated. Diagnostic testing is separately billed to you by the testing center. Since STEP 4 is a paid service, Bridger ENT will provide a transparent price menu for our in-office consult services so you are completely financially prepared.

STEP 5
SURGICAL SERVICES

Based on expert pre-visit analysis in STEP 3, Dr. Dodson will determine if surgical services would be beneficial. If desired and pre-arranged, your surgery center procedure could occur the day after your STEP 4 in-person consultation. Some in-office procedures can be performed at the STEP 4 consult. All aspects of the peri-operative experience will be expertly handled in advance by Dr. Dodson and the staff at Bridger ENT. Our staff will ensure every aspect of your surgical journey is smooth and effortless, calm and stress free.

We will provide a transparent financial statement before surgery to eliminate surprises.

STEP 6
POST-VISIT CARE

Bridger ENT will provide medical education, treatment plans, EMR/portal access and prescriptions (in the Bozeman area), as needed. Any post-surgical visits will be arranged and coordinated. If needed, your pre-surgical prescriptions will be sent locally and your peri-operative care will be facilitated and coordinated by our healthcare team.

STEP 7
POST-SURGERY CARE

Dr. Dodson and the staff of Bridger ENT will take time to educate you about all aspects of your post-surgery experience. Dr. Dodson will provide post-surgical support via his personal cell phone to ensure your concerns are addressed 24/7 (at no cost). Should an urgent issue require in-person care, Dr. Dodson will meet you at his medical office (additional fee applies). Should hospital-based emergency treatment be deemed necessary, Dr. Dodson will facilitate your care via Bozeman Health Hospital.

STEP 8
ON-GOING CARE

Bridger ENT will provide education, treatment plans, and prescriptions (in the Bozeman area), as needed. Any distant post-surgical visits will be arranged. If on-going medical management is needed, this will be secured. If expert medical specialty consultations are recommended, these will be arranged locally . Just know your medical relationship with us will not end just because you leave our country!
